How this site handles your information

This is the website of Tabatha Hamilton, REALTOR® with eXp Realty. This page says plainly what the contact form collects, where it goes, and what else the site loads or stores.

What the contact form collects

When you send a message from the Contact page or from a home's page, the site collects what you type: your name, phone number, email address and message. It also records which page, or which home, you were on when you sent it, and your agreement to be contacted (the box you tick before sending). The form asks for nothing else.

Where your message goes

The form runs on Netlify, the company that hosts this site. Netlify stores each message and emails a copy to Tabatha at tabatha.hamilton@exprealty.com. Netlify also checks each message for spam, using a filtering service called Akismet, before it is kept. The site does not send your message anywhere else.

How it is used

Tabatha uses what you send to answer your inquiry. If you ticked the box, she or her team may contact you by phone, text or email about it. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Nothing is sold

Nothing you send through this site is sold.

Asking for your information to be deleted

Email Tabatha at tabatha.hamilton@exprealty.com and ask. Your message will be deleted from the form submissions Netlify stores and from her email.

What else this site loads or stores

  • No analytics, advertising or cookies. The pages of this site do not include analytics, advertising or tracking code, and the site does not set cookies of its own.
  • Saved homes. When you tap Save on a home, or open a home's page, the site keeps a short list of those homes in your own browser (local storage on your device). That list is not sent to Tabatha or anyone else. You can clear it in your browser settings.
  • Listings and photos. Home listings come from the MLS of Greater Cincinnati through Relvara (relvara.ai). When you search or open a home, what you asked for, such as a city, a price range or a listing number, is sent from this site's server to Relvara to get the results. Listing photos load straight from relvara.ai, so your browser contacts Relvara to get them.
  • Maps. Some home pages show a map from OpenStreetMap. When a map shows, your browser connects to OpenStreetMap, which handles that under its own privacy policy.
  • Everything else, including fonts and images, is loaded from this site itself. As the host, Netlify receives the technical details that come with every page request, such as your IP address.
